About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Blank Street, Inc. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Performance: Ensure the daily success of your stores, providing high-quality food and coffee at affordable prices while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and support your store teams to bring their best selves to work every day, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Brand Ambassador: Live our values and uphold our brand standards to the highest level, embodying the Blank Street spirit and passion for service, coffee, and people.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and implement strategies to maximize commercial opportunity in your stores, driving sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Some experience in managing, coaching, and developing people, with a strong passion for retail leadership and customer service.
  • Commercial Mindset: A commercial mindset that understands the components of driving delivery across multiple locations, with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
