Position Summary:

We are currently in search of HGV I Curtainsider Drivers who possess substantial experience in operating these vehicles and have a strong command of spoken English. The role entails working from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays, while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid HGV I license
  • Digi card
  • CPC certification
  • Driving record with a maximum of 6 points, free from DD, DR, or IN offences

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to specified locations according to established schedules
  • Efficiently load, unload, and secure cargo
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain precise documentation
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Comply with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive pay rates ranging from £17.50 to £21.00 per hour
