Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pricing team to develop and implement innovative pricing strategies across multiple distribution channels.
  • Drive commercial growth and expansion of our commercial insurance business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and business development teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Insurance/Actuarial qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in commercial insurance, motor, P&C, and specialty lines.
  • Experience in pricing insurance products, including the development and implementation of new pricing strategies.
