Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality occupational health services to our Trust and commercial service users, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  2. Conduct fitness for work and pre-commencement health assessments, providing expert advice on employee health and wellbeing.
  3. Manage sickness absence cases, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
  4. Develop and implement infection prevention and control strategies, ensuring a safe working environment.
  5. Contribute to policy and strategy development, shaping the future of Occupational Health in the UK.
  6. Support the development and training of junior staff and students, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
