Reporting directly to the Mobilisation Director, this role focuses on facilitating the initiation of one of our significant new contracts. You will be instrumental in ensuring financial oversight of the project, conducting site assessments, managing supplier programs, and ensuring delivery within budgetary constraints and timelines.
The new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium aims to redefine fan experience in Europe, accommodating 52,888 supporters per matchday. Our goal is to establish a benchmark for excellence and create outstanding experiences for our clientele.
Success in this position requires a process-oriented mindset, adept at adhering to established protocols while managing data and systems. Strong analytical skills and effective stakeholder management are essential.
This role will operate from various locations associated with the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with the initiation and conclusion of contracts
- Provide guidance to managers on the appropriate processes for mobilisations and demobilisations
- Complete all necessary documentation for establishing new accounts
- Maintain a comprehensive mobilisation and transition plan
- Lead weekly conference calls related to mobilisations and demobilisations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during contract transitions
- Deliver detailed updates on mobilisations and demobilisations to stakeholders
- Foster and maintain positive client relationships
- Promote best practices for all contract transitions
- Oversee the procurement of new equipment as part of the mobilisation process
- Manage the return of equipment during demobilisation
- Develop a robust process for planning the introduction of new accounts
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for operational teams regarding new contracts
- Oversee the mobilisation budget and monitor capital expenditure
- Identify potential risks that may impact the business
- Ensure the activation of company systems and processes aligns with standards and contract requirements
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on submission formats for tenders
- Assist in managing the capital expenditure design and implementation process
- Conduct post-mobilisation audits at newly initiated sites
Qualifications:
- Experience in the food or customer service sectors is preferred
- Proven track record in mobilising and demobilising contracts
- Proficient in IT and capable of navigating various systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis
- People-oriented with a talent for building stakeholder relationships
- Financially savvy with an understanding of profit and loss statements
