Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Governance Manager to join our Risk & Governance Customer Communications Framework Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer communications frameworks and supporting tools are fit for purpose and operating effectively to mitigate risks to our customers and business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Line Assurance to ensure that key customer communications framework controls and processes are operating effectively.
- Manage and develop our customer insight and workflow management tool, delivering advanced reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain our customer communications frameworks and supporting tools, ensuring they are aligned with regulatory requirements and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI in the delivery of good customer outcomes, assurance approaches, reporting, and analysis.
- Advocate for our customers and represent our regulators' perspective, protecting our customers and business.
Requirements:
- Expertise in risk, control, and assurance methodology and its operation within the Financial Services Industry.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty regulatory requirements and customer communications.
- Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker, using data to build reporting, interpret the output, identify trends, and demonstrate how we ensure good outcomes for our customers.
- Planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, learning quickly.
What We Offer:
- Salary between circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
