Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated nurse with exceptional communication abilities and a proven history of clinical leadership to join our team.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Haematology at a senior level and have a background in managing project objectives, deadlines, and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities: The successful nurse specialist will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of nurse-led clinics, aligning with both local and national advancements.
This role will also involve providing continuous supervision and support, as well as participating in the training and induction of the multi-disciplinary team.
Leadership Role: As a senior member of the department, the nurse specialist will play a crucial role in the operational growth of their specialty.
Change Management: The nurse will initiate, oversee, and promote changes within the department, innovating practices to enhance patient care in accordance with current trust and local initiatives.
Approximately 20% of the role will be dedicated to these transformative efforts.
