About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power App Developer to join our Digital Innovation team at Gloucestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and other team members to understand their needs and translate them into functional and user-friendly applications
  • Collaborate with third-party developers on a project-by-project basis
  • Review and re-engineer legacy solutions using new technologies
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience using low code platforms in an enterprise environment. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders to understand their requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver early life support for your solutions. Additionally, experience reviewing legacy solutions and re-engineering their capabilities using new technologies would be advantageous.

You should be able to clearly articulate your ideas, concepts, and technical details to non-technical stakeholders, effectively collaborate with team members and other departments, and be able to adjust to new challenges quickly. If you have had to manage several pieces of work at once, let us know how you did that and how you managed your time effectively to meet deadlines.
