JPS Electrical Services LLC is a leading provider of electrical services to commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical projects.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Oversee procurement and material management for projects.
  7. Ensure all documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, is maintained and up to date.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the commercial electrical industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and relevant codes/regulations.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
