Staff AI Consultant

Are you a highly skilled AI professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff AI Consultant to join our prestigious global consulting firm.

About the Role

As a Staff AI Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to the establishment and growth of our new AI Hub. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition, and manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch to secure new business for the AI team and engage directly with external clients.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops.

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field, with a strong academic background.
  • Extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consulting environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of working with external clients or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Research experience from academia or an R&D setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced AI methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects.
  • Technical proficiency in Python and SQL.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £120,000-£150,000.
  • Hybrid working model, with onsite presence at various client locations weekly.
