Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Acorn Park, a specialist school for pupils with Autism and related disabilities or difficulties.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to our pupils.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home and the delivery of our care and education programs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our pupils.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma - Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of working in a residential setting.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children's Act and Quality Care Standards.
- Experience of leading and motivating teams.
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000.00 to £33,000.00 per annum.
- A Welcome Bonus of £2000*.
- 40 hours per week, 2 Week Rolling Rota.
- Location: Banham, Norfolk.
- Essential: A full Driving Licence and the Right to Work in the UK.
