Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties across the Essex region. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely maintenance and upkeep.
- Handle property-related issues and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Oversee lease renewals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate the completion of safety certificates and ensure timely completion.
- Manage deposit deductions and communicate effectively with tenants and landlords.
- Provide regular updates and maintain high levels of service to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and ensure a smooth operation of the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in property management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary budget for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Working Hours:
The required working days and hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
