  • Handle property-related issues and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Oversee lease renewals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate the completion of safety certificates and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage deposit deductions and communicate effectively with tenants and landlords.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain high levels of service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and ensure a smooth operation of the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in property management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary budget for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Working Hours:

The required working days and hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
