Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate cleaning team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain company equipment and ensure that it is stored and cleaned properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and ensure that they have a positive experience.
  • Report and investigate any incidents or accidents and take corrective action as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning large venues or spaces is desirable.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
