Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire fit-out process for upscale dining establishments, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Engage with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and successful project delivery.
  • Track project advancement, identify and address challenges, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Uphold strict health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor in the fit-out industry, particularly with high-end restaurant projects.
  • Possession of a valid SMSTS qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and construction techniques relevant to restaurant settings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering superior quality finishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home on a 12 days on, 2 days off schedule (predominantly).
