We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at a special needs school in Sunderland. As a Creative Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in nurturing creativity and supporting the learning and development of our students.

About the Role:
  • Support students with special needs in a dynamic and sensory-rich environment
  • Engage students through music, art, physical education, and cooking activities
  • Provide personalized support to improve communication and hand-eye coordination skills
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and develop individualized learning plans
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a special needs setting
  • Commitment to promoting student learning and development
  • A strong passion for making a positive impact and influencing student outcomes
