Position Summary
100Fold CIC is looking for skilled Summarisers to deliver a medical note summarisation service to various healthcare practices in the region. In this role, you will extract and encode pertinent details from patient clinical records into the practice's electronic system, adhering strictly to established summarisation protocols. Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to travel to different practices within your designated area are essential. Familiarity with EMIS software is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and preparing patient records and correspondence for summarisation
- Analyzing medical records to create precise summaries of patients' medical histories
- Entering coded information into the clinical system
- Conducting audits to ensure data collection standards are met
- Tracking the progress of note summarisation against established targets
- Overseeing patient call and recall systems
- Managing the filing and retrieval of documentation
