Site Supervisor Job Description

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join their team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a range of residential projects, mostly within 1-2 hours of Woking. You will be managing projects that can last up to a week and require you to communicate well with your team and the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise site teams, including subcontractors as necessary.
  • Build rapport with customers, engaging them and keeping them informed on progress during works and monitoring visits.
  • Work closely with the office-based Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth running of jobs.
  • Remove and/or herbicide treat invasive plants such as Japanese knotweed and bamboo from domestic and commercial properties.
  • Happy to travel when needed.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supervising or managing landscaping projects.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
