Canine Wellness Assessment Specialist & Internal Quality Assurer - Remote
Compensation: £25 - £30 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time, Contract

Join our team to engage with the online educational platform, evaluating learners' submissions in accordance with qualification standards and regulatory body guidelines. Collaborate with the Faculty Head and team to meet quality benchmarks and enhance both academic and operational performance. Address learner inquiries promptly to facilitate timely progression and success. Background or expertise in animal care and welfare is advantageous.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate assessments and deliver feedback within a 5-day timeframe
  • Assist learners by responding to inquiries within 3 days
  • Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge
  • Monitor and report on learner advancement
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
  • Participate in standardization meetings
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies
  • Provide assistance to assessors
  • Compile monthly Internal Quality Assurance reports

Enjoy flexible working hours on a self-employed basis. This role supports a remote working model, focusing on tutoring and assessing submissions online. Compensation varies based on course and level. Manage your workload with guidance from the Faculty Head.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in teaching, marking, or assessment
  • Proficiency in managing Quality Assurance processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Animal faculty courses and the industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience in quality assurance methodologies
  • Teaching and assessment qualifications
  • Relevant subject qualifications
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualification or in progress
  • Natural problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
