About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher/Researcher to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for working on cutting-edge research areas including Database Management Systems, Storage Engines, Indexing Engines, Distributed Computing, and Fault-Tolerant Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research in database-related areas and participate in the implementation of database management systems.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in system-level programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, Java, and Go.
  • Collaborate with experts in the field to work on innovative technologies and projects.
  • Contribute to the development of research papers and publications in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and apply this knowledge to drive research and development.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or a comparable field.
  • Excellent research experience in database-related areas, including implementation of database management systems.
  • Proven track record of publishing papers in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
  • Proficiency in one or more system-level programming languages.
