About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in EngineeringUK. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
