Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Keynsham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks and activities. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care and support to meet their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily tasks and activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Good professional and personal references
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
