Tax Advisory Senior Manager

We are TC Group, a dynamic and ambitious accountancy firm in the UK. Our goal is to provide exceptional tax advisory services to our clients, helping them make informed decisions to grow their businesses.
We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Advisory Senior Manager to join our Northampton office. As a key member of our Tax team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing tax advisory strategies to grow our client base
- Collaborating with our CSDs and wider team to deliver exceptional tax services
- Identifying and capitalizing on tax planning opportunities for our clients
- Managing your own workload and delegating tasks to junior staff
- Providing expert tax advice to internal teams and departments
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 10 years of advisory experience, preferably in corporate tax
- ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- A strong advisory background within practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
