We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Partner to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Partner, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax accountants and providing tax compliance advice to our clients.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of tax accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients receive a comprehensive range of business services.
  • Represent the company at networking events and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.

Requirements
  • CTA qualified with extensive experience leading a tax function.
  • Technically proficient, with tax advisory and planning experience.
  • Demonstrable management skills with good people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Sound attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • A team player able to bring out the best in others.
  • Constructive mentorship of junior team members.
  • Confident in networking, representing the firm in a professional manner.
