- Adhere to directives from the Service Desk.
- Confirm receipt of work directives.
- Assess necessary resources and assign work requests accordingly.
- Verify approval status of tasks.
- Engage with clients to provide updates.
- Reach out to suppliers for progress reports.
- Procure parts and materials within the established budget.
- Keep clients informed about the scheduling of work.
- Input precise and clear updates into the systems.
- Monitor job progress against set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the accounts system is updated accurately.
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as per the agreed schedule.
- Maintain effective communication with all operational team members to ensure seamless coordination.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
