Overview: Search Manchester is collaborating with several reputable organizations in Coventry seeking temporary assistance in various roles, including Front of House, Reception, and Administrative support.

Role Suitability: These positions are ideal for individuals with prior experience in facilities administration. Flexibility is key, and candidates should be ready to commence work promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and document communications from clients, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Adhere to directives from the Service Desk.
  • Confirm receipt of work directives.
  • Assess necessary resources and assign work requests accordingly.
  • Verify approval status of tasks.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates.
  • Reach out to suppliers for progress reports.
  • Procure parts and materials within the established budget.
  • Keep clients informed about the scheduling of work.
  • Input precise and clear updates into the systems.
  • Monitor job progress against set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure the accounts system is updated accurately.
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as per the agreed schedule.
  • Maintain effective communication with all operational team members to ensure seamless coordination.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
