This is a fantastic opportunity to join Vibe Recruit Limited as an Executive Support Specialist. As a key member of the senior team, you will play a crucial role in upholding and promoting the company vision, values, and culture.
The ideal candidate will have Board Level or Senior Management Level experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, with excellent time management skills, communication skills, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the administration and scheduling requirements of senior executives on a day-to-day basis
- Scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating complex schedules
- Managing high-volume inboxes, using expertise to action incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing corporate documents, including meeting packs and accurate minutes
- Arranging travel, processing expenses, and complying with company policies
- Supporting the wider Leadership Team with ad-hoc requests
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing, international firm with a great reputation. You will be responsible for managing the administration and scheduling requirements of senior executives, including the Chairman and CEO.
