• Performance Monitoring: Analyze department performance against budget, identify shortfalls, and implement plans to improve performance.
• Market Analysis: Analyze local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar high-end automotive setting with a proven track record in aftersales transactions.
• Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and a customer-centric approach.
• Financial Management: Confidence in monitoring financial performance against budgets and addressing shortfalls promptly.
