Key Responsibilities of the Junior Kitchen Chef:
As a Junior Kitchen Chef, you will assist in food preparation, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the quality of the dishes you create. A solid understanding of knife skills and kitchen hygiene practices is essential. You will maintain cleanliness in kitchen stations and learn about proper food storage and stock rotation.
This role is crucial within the kitchen team, and you will have the opportunity to work with experienced chefs while utilizing local ingredients to uphold high culinary standards.
The ideal candidate may possess some prior kitchen experience or have recently completed culinary training.
Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential, as you will collaborate with the Front of House Team to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests.
Flexibility is required, as our establishment operates seven days a week, including weekends.
