- Building relationships with schools and educators to understand their needs and preferences
- Sourcing top talent for a range of roles and positions
- Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
- Managing your pool of candidates to ensure the best fit for each role
- Effectively growing and servicing your client base to drive business growth and revenue
