About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tenancy Sustainment Specialist to join our team at Adullam Homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our tenancy team to ensure the smooth management of tenancies.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess the condition of our properties and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent tenancy breaches and promote positive tenancy relationships.
  • Collaborate with our housing officers to provide support and guidance to tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track tenancy performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of housing management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
