Job Description

This is a permanent full-time in-branch role for a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant/Leader at Rotherwood Education working out of the Burnley or Keighley branches.

The role involves tasks such as business development, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and clients, and managing the recruiting process. We are looking for a loyal, dynamic, positive, and driven recruiter to join our team who can lead by example. We are not a business that micro-manages and we like our colleagues to have their own autonomy. There are no restrictions as to the sector or area you recruit in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-level recruitment service with a proven track record
  • Drive sales and business growth
  • Conduct interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and clients
  • Manage a full pipeline and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Negotiate offers with both candidates and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment laws and regulations
  • Have access to a car and be able to drive
  • Be a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) (not essential)
