Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join our team at a dog food production facility in the TW4 area. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing computerised orders in a timely manner
  • Making and packing boxes
  • Loading and unloading boxes into the lorry
  • Moving pallets and product and scanning to the correct locations
  • Heat sealing packs
  • Using a hand scanner to ensure correct products are picked and packed correctly
  • Preparing all packs and boxes for dispatch
  • Quality checking produce - ensuring it is correct and of the highest standards expected
  • Maintaining a food-safe sanitary environment at all times
Requirements:
  • Manual handling knowledge. Regularly lift and/or move 25kg's
  • Regularly required to walk, stand, push
  • Regularly exposed to work near packed meat products
  • Excellent attention to detail
