Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is currently representing a well-established architectural practice, assisting with their vacancy for an Architectural Technologist to join their office local to Luton.

The successful Architectural Technologist will predominately be working within the Commercial and Residential sectors, assisting with both the design and technical aspects of a project, using Revit on a daily basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team, built up from a variety of Architects and Architectural Technologists with the opportunity to manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working across a variety of sectors, including both large to small-scale residential and commercial projects
  • Managing your own workload and running a projects
  • Producing high-quality technical drawings using Revit on a daily basis
  • Assisting with projects through from RIBA stages 4-7
  • Liaising with clients, other professionals and the wider team on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) or a skilled Architectural Technologist
  • Good knowledge with Revit
  • High technical standard
  • Strong construction detailing experience
  • Live within a commutable distance of Luton
  • Experience working on RIBA stages 4-7
