We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Pathway Children's Services in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to up to four young people with learning disabilities in a beautiful new house.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, helping them develop, grow, and lead happy, fulfilled lives
  • Create a homely, nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Organize activities and help young people learn new skills, achieve their goals, and have fun

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive induction program with regular training and development opportunities
  • A competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus benefits including company pension and discounted food

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar setting, preferably with a relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to study for one
  • An enhanced DBS check and a valid driving license

Working Hours: Part-time, flexible BANK shifts available with weekly fast pay payments
