We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Pathway Children's Services in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to up to four young people with learning disabilities in a beautiful new house.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to young people, helping them develop, grow, and lead happy, fulfilled lives
- Create a homely, nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Organize activities and help young people learn new skills, achieve their goals, and have fun
What We Offer:

Requirements:
