Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our successful Chattings branch in Lichfield as a Lettings Negotiator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants, advising on property opportunities, conducting viewings, and processing applications.

You will be based at our Lichfield branch, where you will work closely with our team to deliver excellent service and support to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for property and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. Experience in the industry is a bonus, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and plan viewings and applications effectively.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Communicate clearly and thoroughly with all stakeholders throughout the lettings process.
  • Drive and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.
