Position: Customer Engagement Consultant

Department: Customer Support

Reports to: Customer Support Manager

Job Overview:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various communication methods to enhance customer experience and uphold brand integrity.
  • Address inquiries and furnish customers with detailed information about our offerings.
  • Accurately document and manage customer data while complying with privacy regulations.
  • Effectively resolve customer grievances and challenges in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities to meet performance targets during customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve organizational objectives and enhance service delivery.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet established performance metrics related to sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Receive positive feedback from customers consistently.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain high levels of communication and teamwork.
  • Exhibit adaptability, meticulousness, and strong negotiation capabilities.
