About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Heron Foods. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders using a voice-activated headset and loading cages for store deliveries
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to achieve pick figure targets and job standards
  • Complying with all Health & Safety responsibilities in line with Company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Time management and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work to KPI targets
  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential

Working Hours:

36 hours per week, working 3 x 10 hour shifts per week, every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 10am-10pm.
