Job Title: Junior FX Broker

Fintech-Rec is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior FX Broker. As a key member of our corporate department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business for our corporate FX desk.

Your role will involve generating new business sales targeting UK and European SME & corporate businesses, engaging directors and decision makers of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of industries & sectors, and utilizing tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses we are better positioned to help.

You will develop relationships with your clients to understand their business better and how they are exposed in FX - the goal is to offer the right FX hedging solution once you understand how the customer is challenged & exposed. You will work closely with your sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.

Key Deliverables include:

  • Generating new business sales targeting UK and European SME & corporate businesses
  • Engaging directors and decision makers of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of industries & sectors
  • Utilizing tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses we are better positioned to help
  • Developing relationships with clients to understand their business better and how they are exposed in FX
  • Working closely with sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients

Benefits:

Starting Base Salary - £21,000 - £25,000 + Bonus & Commission (Projected OTE Y1 £30,000 - £45,000+)
