A leading commercial law firm in Newcastle is seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join their well-established practice. This permanent role offers a full-time position with flexible working arrangements.

Their Real Estate team is highly respected for their knowledge and experience in the market. With consistent growth over the years, they have established themselves as one of the largest and most successful Real Estate teams in the region.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants. The firm regularly acts for well-known brands across various sectors, including blue-chip companies.

The quality and complexity of the work will be high calibre and varied, with a focus on new, interesting, and high-value projects. The firm offers full backing and resources to support the successful candidate in their role.

The Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with up to 5 years' post-qualified experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Commercial Property/Real Estate is required.
  • Strong technical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality client service are essential.
  • Excellent academics and interpersonal skills are also required.
