Role Description
We are looking for skilled social workers to become part of our Adult Social Care team in Brent. In this role, you will deliver essential social care support to individuals in need, implementing effective interventions. Our primary aim is to promote independence and advocate for the rights of our residents and their families.

Qualifications
Applicants must be registered with Social Work England and have a strong grasp of Adult Social Care legislation.
