Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver expert psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients in a mixed-gender inpatient setting.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including trainees and allied health professionals, to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead clinical discussions and decision-making processes to enhance the quality of care and promote timely patient discharges.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and service evaluations to advance the standards of care provided.
