About the Role

This is a key position within the Process Engineering team at Osler, responsible for ensuring the validation of our products and processes meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Validation Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive validation strategy that aligns with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Validation: Lead the validation of processes and systems, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are compliant with industry standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including validation reports and records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all validation activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in validation and quality assurance, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or life sciences.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience with validation software and tools.
