About the Role


William James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their award-winning Real Estate department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of healthcare organisations, government, and health and social care providers.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience running a high-volume, complex caseload consisting of sales, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and development work. You will be expected to work to deadlines/targets, prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial property matters
  • Manage a high-volume, complex caseload of sales, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and development work
  • Work to deadlines/targets and prioritise tasks to meet client needs
  • Develop and grow the department through collaboration and teamwork
  • Contribute to the development of the Real Estate department's strategy and goals


Requirements

  • Real Estate Solicitor with 4-8 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
  • Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong academic profile
