About the Role:
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Thornford Park. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
- Be an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation.
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
- Help create a positive culture.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
- Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Have the ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
