Marketing Assistant

Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Marlow. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the development and implementation of our multi-channel marketing strategy, ensuring a unified brand presence across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our social media presence, including creating and editing videos, writing compelling copy, and maintaining brand-focused social media channels.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in creating and implementing customer advertising/communication campaigns, tracking and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure retail offers/messaging is unified across all online channels.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and suggest potential improvements to our strategy, website, and customer experience within the marketing space.
  • Brand Management: Ensure GDPR customer preferences are updated on all marketing systems and source and update relevant brand offers/communications via Hub's.
