About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Animal Management Lecturer to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As an Animal Management Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of practical and theoretical disciplines to our students, with a focus on animal health and biology-based content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, including lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the Animal Management and Science Department, including curriculum development and departmental events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant subject area, such as animal science, biology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience working with animals in industry, including experience with animal health and biology-based content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent.
