About the Role:
Social Work Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled SEN Case Officer to join our team. As a SEN Case Officer, you will be responsible for acting as a named Case Officer for children and young people aged 0-25 with complex additional needs through the EHC assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write new EHCP's, complete annual reviews, and amend existing EHCP's
- Liaise with schools, parents, and professionals to resolve complex case work and complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a SEN local authority role
- Right to work in the UK
- Knowledgeable in all SEN legislation and SEN Code of Practice
