About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery and performance management.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with an in-house design team to develop technical solutions efficiently.
  • Conduct project liaison from initial inquiry to final acceptance, including site surveys as necessary.
  • Direct and manage the work of Trade Operatives and Apprentices, focusing on quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Prepare and complete contract documentation and manage project quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate subcontractor management, including tender specifications and health and safety documentation review.
  • Develop Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering or a related field.
  • A proven track record in project management, ideally with an engineering or supervisory background.
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials across various engineering disciplines, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
