Special Needs Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Okehampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom.
  • Assist with academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
  • Support students' personal and medical care needs, as required.
Requirements:
  • A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to working with children.
  • Experience with SEN students is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude to meet the needs of students.
  • Competitive daily pay of £85 to £95.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities for career development.
