Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and mailings

Requirements

  • Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
