Job Summary:

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical maintenance to join our team as a Mechanical Training Instructor. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality apprenticeship and commercial training to our client companies
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet industry standards
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with industry specialists to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees to help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Level 3 Engineering qualification
  • Good interpersonal and computer skills
  • Full Driving licence
  • Experience in Plant and process operations, Mechanical maintenance, High energy safe isolation, Mechanical joint integrity, and Health & Safety practices and procedures
  • Desirable: Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, Assessor and teaching qualifications
